Our client is a market leading manufacturer of construction chemicals used for bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing, and protecting.

We are seeking Production Operators to join their team in the manufacturing department at Wetherill Park.

Responsibilities

• Produce and dispatch pre-mix powders and resins
• Operating fixed plant machinery
• Adhere to quality, safety, and environmental compliance processes
• Perform physical tasks related to maintaining the production area and equipment
• Collecting samples from product for quality testing in laboratory
• Working in a varied manufacturing environment, including changing temperatures, dust and noise
• Safe handling of chemicals

Essential Criteria

• Genuine physical ability to safely perform manual handling of 20kg
• Effective organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Team orientated
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative
• Driver licence
• Full Working Rights in Australia

Desirable

• Experience working with Paint, Plastics or Chemicals preferred but not essential
• Forklift licence (LF)

Hourly Rate: $36.31 p/h

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

Shift Times: Day shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday
