About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced 1st Class Sheetmetal Fabricator to join our team at Alfresco Kitchens' in Canning Vale, Western Australia. As a full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication of high-quality outdoor kitchens for our growing business.

What you'll be doing

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient fabrication
• Utilize specialized machinery and tools to cut, bend, weld and finish sheet metal components
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment

What we're looking for

• Formal trade qualification in Sheetmetal Fabrication
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a 1st Class Sheetmetal Fabricator, preferably in the kitchen manufacturing or similar industry
• Proficient in the use of specialized fabrication equipment, such as guillotines, rollers, welding machines and benders
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to precise measurements and tolerances
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
