Calling all experienced RNs with Theatre/Scrub/Anaesthetic skills! Mars Recruitment is seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Theatre, Scrub, and/or Anaesthetic to join our team for a short-term contract in the regional town of Darwin.

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care within the theatre environment.
• Scrub and scout for surgical procedures.
• Assist with anaesthetic procedures (if experienced).
• Work collaboratively within a small, multi-disciplinary team.
• Adapt to the unique challenges of a regional hospital.

What You'll Need:

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Significant experience as a Registered Nurse with demonstrable skills in Theatre, Scrub, and/or Anaesthetic.
• Strong understanding of the principles of aseptic technique.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
