Retail Sales Assistant Manager (2IC)

Due to continued growth we are seeking 2 x Assistant Managers for our Ashburton and Heidelberg Stores.

About the role:

You will be assisting the Store Manager and capable of acting as their 2IC, either initially or with some training.

You will be responsible for helping customers to choose the right power solution (Batteries, Solar, Charging etc.) for their needs. You will need to be physically fit and be capable of lifting and fitting batteries. You will be given full training but any electrical or mechanical experience would be a bonus as this can be a hands-on role, solving customer problems and fitting batteries as needed.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following.

• Exceptional customer service attitude - we have a 5 Star reputation to maintain.
• Ability to sell what the customer needs, both on the phone and in-Store.
• Confident in using computers and POS (full training will be provided).
• Effective stock management & willingness to keep accurate stock records.
