We work in a fast-paced environment and have room for a new Service Desk Engineer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Due to ongoing expansion we are looking to appoint an Experienced Senior Technical Engineer in Sydney (NSW), who would like to work on cloud projects, client onboarding and technical escalations.

We are looking for a team member who has a passion for technology, loves playing with tech and expanding their knowledge on Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure and would like to now learn more about Security.

Our number one priority as a team is to remain absolutely laser-focused on our clients, to ensure they rave on about our service, and react very quickly to their feedback.

You MUST be able to take on any task under pressure and take ownership of the outcome on time.

You will be working as a Senior technical resource who is focused on onboarding clients, cloud migration projects and technical escalations.

YOU WILL BE PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR

Working with our Managed Services Team on:

• Cloud Solution Implementation
• Onboarding new clients
• Security projects
• Technical Escalations
• Producing Processes and Articles
• Technical training of service desk staff members
• Automation of manual tasks

You also have the opportunity to work with our Enterprise Consulting Team.

MUST have a reasonable level of experience in:

• Microsoft 365
• AD / Azure AD
• SOE
• SCCM/Intune
• Exchange
• Azure and/or AWS Infrastructure and Platform Services
• Networking and Firewalls
• Security
• PowerShell Scripting
• Backup solutions
• Be able to pick up new technologies quickly
  

MUST have qualifications:

• Car drivers license
• Technical Certs AZ-104 and/or MS-100
  

PREFERABLE skills/experience:

• Tertiary education
• Azure/M365/AWS/CCNA
• ITIL / ITSM certifications
• Financial and Banking Services industry
• PCI Compliance
• Be a part of a current security forum
• Technical Cert MS-500 and/or AZ-500
