Clinical Research Associate (CRA) X2 | Level II or Senior

Join a growing CRO! One of our small-midsized CRO clients need an experienced CRA to join on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will see you working on a range of oncology projects, with a growing portfolio in this area.

You will be joining a small clinical team of <10 and so the team are looking for someone who is confident and independent, to work the full end-to-end processes – this includes start-up initiatives – offering a variety of responsibilities and upskilling across clinical domains.

The team are looking to add two additional heads to the team. The first hire is immediate need, and the second hire can wait for longer notice periods, 8+ weeks. This role would suit Clinical Research Associate II / Senior Clinical Research Associate with at least 18 months of independent monitoring in Australia.

Role Overview

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of data quality and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits, including initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Review and verify clinical data for accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with investigators, site staff, and sponsors to facilitate effective communication.
• Prepare detailed reports and maintain essential documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, preferably as a CRA, Clinical Trials Assistant, or Clinical Trials Coordinator.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and Australian/New Zealand regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 base plus superannuation
