In this exciting dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors, families, and stakeholders at Kids on Campus. You'll provide essential administrative support while helping to deliver the highest standard of education and care for our children. This role offers variety, challenge, and a rewarding work environment where your contribution will truly make a difference.
Selected Duties:
- Administrative Excellence: Manage enrolment bookings, keep databases up-to-date, and assist with reporting to ensure smooth operations across all Child Care services.
- Financial Coordination: Ensure timely invoicing, childcare payment processing, and collaborate with families to maintain a seamless financial experience.
- Compliance Champion: Stay up to date with government requirements, including Child Care Subsidy (CCS) regulations and guidelines, to ensure we meet all compliance standards.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Centre Director, WIOT Finance Department, and external stakeholders to provide valuable insights and detailed financial and statistical reports.
- Relief Educator Role: Step in as an Early Childhood Educator during breaks, supporting our passionate team in delivering exceptional care and education.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience

- Certificate IV in Business Administration with relevant work experience; or suitable combination of lesser qualifications and substantial experience and specialist expertise.
- Certificate III in Children’s Services.
- Must be able to undertake a pre-employment medical.
- Desirable HLTAID004 First Aid.
