Who We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Passionate about building a long-term career in real estate
- Great problem solvers who enjoy talking to clients and building relationships
- A little O.C.D. (because attention to detail matters!)
With career progression in mind, we offer different pay structures to reward growth and development. Our top property managers earn $90,000, including car, phone, and KPI bonuses.
About Us

What You Need
- Current Real Estate Registration
- Driver’s Licence
Your Role
This is a fast-paced, technology-focused role where you will gain all the skills you need to become a successful Property Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating effectively with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance & repairs
- Conducting leasing & routine inspections
- Managing lease renewals
- Assisting with tenant move-ins & move-outs
- Handling general administration duties
