Who we are:

We are a specialist water solutions business focused on the design, supply, installation and maintenance of all irrigation systems. We are committed to providing solutions towards the rapidly changing landscape of water management. Due to growth and expansion, we now require a Retail Manager to join our team and lead from the front.

The Role:

Reporting to the owner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure store targets are achieved through the effective leadership, management and training of a team of retail salespeople. This will involve but not limited to, building and maintaining close relationships with, and ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered to both retail and trade customers, reparation of staff rosters, maintaining relationships with key suppliers, implementation of retail marketing programs, management of stock levels within budget requirements

The Successful Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of three years in retail management or in a retail supervisory role within irrigation or an equivalent environment with the ability to diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions. You will have a proven track record as an effective team player and leader, a strong passion for superior customer service delivery and a class C driver licence will be mandatory. A Cert III in Irrigation or equivalent will be highly desired as will the flexibility with working hours as weekend work may be required on a roster basis.
