About the Role:

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service via phone and email while also performing administrative duties to support the business. You will maintain accurate records, assist in process improvements, and ensure efficient document handling. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate data entry and document processing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service via telephone and email.
- Perform administrative and organisational support duties.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy records.
- Drive and participate in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct general office and administration tasks as required.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
