About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Aspire Melbourne, a premier hotel located in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. As a part-time Hotel Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, contributing to the exceptional experience we provide to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and sanitise guest rooms, including making beds, replenishing amenities, and attending to all other housekeeping duties
• Ensure the high standards of cleanliness and organisation are maintained throughout all guest rooms and common areas
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the relevant department
• Demonstrate a friendly and welcoming attitude when interacting with guests
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the hotel

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar housekeeping or hotel room attendant role, ideally within the hospitality industry
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and thoroughly
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanour
• Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
