We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician with the added responsibility of delivery driving. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities, conducting repairs, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Identify and address facility maintenance issues promptly.
• Conduct inspections to assess the need for repairs or upgrades.
• Execute minor repairs and collaborate with external contractors for major repairs.

2. Facility Upkeep:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the premises.
• Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
• Respond to facility-related emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.

3. Delivery Driving:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver goods to designated locations.
• Ensure accurate and on-time delivery of items to clients or internal departments.
• Handle loading and unloading of items, ensuring proper care during transportation.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries and report any discrepancies or issues.

4. Equipment Management:

• Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain tools and equipment.
• Report any faulty equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.

5. Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during maintenance and delivery activities.
• Attend safety training sessions and promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in general maintenance and repair tasks.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery driving, with a strong understanding of transportation regulations.
• Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
