As we continue to expand our business, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Service Administrator to join our organisation.

The Opportunity:

This is a unique opportunity to advance your career with a growing organisation in the Early Childhood Industry. As an experienced Service Administrator, you will play a key role in offering crucial administrative support to the Service Director, Families, Children, and Educators within the Service, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to relevant standards. The position also offers continuous opportunities for professional growth and development within the organisation.

As a Service Administrator you will be responsible for:

• Managing all family accounts and CCS enquiries.
• Managing family communications through email and phone as the service's first point of contact.
• Managing financial debt, refunds and other accounting procedures within the service.
• Supporting all compliance document management, audits, checklists and management of all record keeping as required in accordance with national laws and regulations.
• Managing the waitlist and communications with families for future enrolments – driving service occupancy and ensuring positive communication.
• Supporting event management at the service.
• Supporting the Service Director with high level administration tasks.
• Supporting the service with marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for:

Qualifications:

• ⁠Minimum 12 months of experience in the same OR a similar position.
• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education is desirable.
• ⁠Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis is essential.
• Current Paid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Skills:

• ⁠Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• ⁠Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
• ⁠Understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy is desirable, but not essential.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience with the Assessment and Rating process.
• Committed to sharing the same vision and philosophy.
• Positive and optimistic outlook, friendly disposition and a great team player.
• ⁠Passionate about the Early Childhood Sector and an advocate for children.
• Ability to build strong relationships with fellow Educators, the children and the families.

Both full- time and part- time options are available depending on the candidate. The hours available for this role are between 30 - 38 hours per week.
