About Our Client

What You Will Be Doing
Processing accommodation bookings and allocations
Handling guest check-ins and check-outs
Preparing reports and general administration
Assisting with retail duties and customer service
Performing forklift operations for unloading deliveries as required

What You Will Need
Forklift license (mandatory)
Previous experience in a guest service, reception, or administration role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Computer literacy and experience with booking systems (preferred)
