We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in Killara NSW 2071:

The role:

The role will see you lead AINs during your shift. Responding to wounds, falls, medication are all in a day's work for a registered nurse in Aged Care. Pathways is proud to say that we have above industry staffing ratios.

About you:

• We are after registered nurses who are passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians
• Experience in aged care/geriatrics highly valued
• Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Able to manage a small team of AINs, be computer literate, have sound verbal and written communication abilities
• Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role:

• Bachelor in Nursing + AHPRA registration
• COVID vaccine and flu shot
• Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
• Current police check + NDIS Worker Clearance
