About OSB Group: OSB Group is a leading company specializing in civil infrastructure projects, and we are looking for experienced Final Trim Operators to join our team on a FIFO basis for a camp project in the mines.

We need multi-skilled operators with extensive experience in operating excavators, skid steers, and additional experience with loaders, compactors, and rollers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators and skid steers for final trim works on the project site.
• Assist with loaders, compactors, and rollers as needed for site grading and preparation.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain and manage machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Interpret site plans and execute tasks accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience with final trim operations on excavators and skid steers.
• Experience with loaders, compactors, and rollers is highly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and follow construction plans.
• Previous experience in the mining industry or on camp projects is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and full working rights in Australia.
