About the Role

As Hotel Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring the venue runs smoothly. You'll manage everything from staffing and financial performance to guest experience and community engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong mix of operational and business management skills.

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager in a Pub environment
• Strong leadership skills - ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team
• Experience in F&B and gaming operations
• Solid financial acumen - ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
