About the Role:

As the Operations & Projects Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading project execution, overseeing plant and equipment maintenance, and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely with the General Manager, Business Development Managers, and workshop staff to ensure seamless project delivery and process development.

Key Responsibilities:

Stainless Steel Treatment Projects (ICS)
Lead Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSEQ) risk assessments and enforce compliance.
Oversee and execute large in-house and off-site chemical spray pickle & passivation projects.
Act as the customer liaison for project execution and assist in documentation development.
Be hands-on in project execution, working alongside operational staff.
Support staff training, safety compliance, equipment procurement, and process development.
Plant & Equipment Maintenance & Upgrades
Maintain a plant and equipment register.
Implement periodic maintenance checklists and oversee ongoing maintenance tasks.
Identify equipment issues, coordinate repairs, and manage third-party servicing when necessary.
Assist with design, procurement, and installation of new or upgraded equipment.
Operational Support & Quality Improvement
Lead HSEQ documentation and implementation in collaboration with the General Manager.
Develop and document Acid Testing QA Processes for in-house implementation.
Enhance Electropolishing quality through equipment and process improvements.
Improve waste management efficiency and document waste management processes.

Cable Restoration Australia (CRA) – On & Offshore Cable Coating
Coordinate staffing, training, and compliance for onshore and offshore projects.
Oversee equipment procurement, stock management, and project logistics.
Lead project execution, ensuring safety and compliance with work scope.
Assist in recruitment and workforce planning as CRA expands.
