About The Role:
As a Market Research and Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting BKI's strategic goals by providing valuable insights into student and employer experiences. You will coordinate key surveys, manage data, and deliver research that informs business decisions across the organisation.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on translating data into meaningful insights and enjoys working with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate surveys - Lead the execution of student and employer experience surveys, including programming, scripting, and ensuring successful delivery
- Manage and process data - Handle survey data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for the Insights team
- Deliver research and reporting support - Conduct environmental scanning, data analysis, and create high-quality reports to support strategic decision-making
- Support business insight initiatives - Identify and analyse industry trends to help uncover new opportunities for BKI
- Foster a data-driven culture - Work closely with internal teams to promote data literacy and continuous improvement in reporting

You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Market Research, Business/Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in research, data analysis, or reporting within a large organisation or market research agency
- Familiarity with customer analytics and survey tools such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey
- Experience using research modelling software (e.g. SPSS)
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- A continuous learning mindset and passion for driving data-informed decision-making
