Join the Bonju Pilates Team: Reformer Pilates Instructors

Are you passionate about Pilates and dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals? We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team at Bonju Pilates in Minchinbury.

We are currently seeking an instructor for ongoing Monday and/ or Wednesday morning classes and Wednesday and /or Friday evening classes. We also have casual, and cover positions with flexible scheduling, including early morning, afternoon, and Saturday opportunities. If you thrive in a small class environment focused on proper form and technique, while making fitness engaging and fun, we want to hear from you!

Position Overview:

• Lead Reformer Pilates classes with a small focus (maximum 6 clients per class).
• Ensure clients receive personalised attention to maintain proper form and technique.
• Create dynamic and engaging workouts that motivate and inspire clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with other instructors and studio management to uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

• Certification in Reformer Pilates instruction from a recognized training program.
• Experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes, preferably in a studio setting.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and Pilates principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate clients.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
