We are looking for a skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our establishment who has the passion to really inspire and coach our team, with the skills to operate and control our business independently and deliver excellent customer service.

Location: Shop LG069A, 13 Keltie Street, Phillip ACT 2606

Salary range: $75,000 - $78,000 per annum plus superannuation

Role: Full-time 38 Hours

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the appointment book is correctly used at all times and appointments are well set out.
• Performing All beauty treatments available in the salon.
• Working with the team to follow company policy and procedure
• Upselling and promoting products and services.
• Caring for Clients’ skin
• Giving a client consult and professionally advising the clients
• Understanding product information
• Assuring the highest standard of customer care and services at all time.
• Resolving / Handling any customer complaints with assistance from manager.
• Taking cash and credit card payment from clients
• Teaching clients how to maintain a particular look
• Book & Rebook client appointments
• Able to hold long engaging conversations with clients to put them at ease
• Being able to stand for long periods of time
• Assist Head Office and the Marketing team with any requests

Skills and Competencies:

• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Remarkable client service standards
• Product knowledge
• Ability to sell new product lines and promotions
• Strong communication skills
