About The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, the HR Administrator supports the Sound Group and HR team in managing employee-related tasks and ensuring smooth HR operations.
The role is currently based in Riverwood but will be moving to Alexandria in September 2025.
Regular Duties Include:
- Administrate employee changes including onboarding, probations, moves and offboarding
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee information.
- Help organise and coordinate training and development programs.
- Provide support in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
- Handle general HR and office administrative tasks, including document preparation
- Contribute to company-wide HR initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, learning and development programs, and policy updates.
About You:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- You love process and working fast!
- Experience in customer service (as most of the colleagues we support are in retail so there is an understanding into the nature of their work)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Can handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Highly Regarded Skills:
- Qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (preferred but not essential).
