The Role

We are seeking a young, energetic, and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in civil remediation.

Working alongside experienced engineers and project managers, you will assist with project planning, site coordination, cost estimation, and contract administration. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing estimates, cost assessments, and project documentation
- Support contract administration, including preparing SWMS and risk assessments
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to support project execution
- Coordinate site activities and liaise with site teams to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor material usage, plant, and equipment to stay within project budgets
- Assist in feasibility studies and technical assessments for upcoming projects

About You

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
✔️Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔️ Highly motivated, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
✔️Full working rights in Australia (Citizenship or Permanent Residency required)
✔️ Previous experience or internship in civil remediation, demolition, or earthworks is a plus
