We have exciting opportunities available for experienced electricians and electrical TA's with an interest in defence. Working with one of WA's leading defence electrical companies based in Henderson.

Our client has long term contracts and are looking for people to join their team on a temp- permanent basis, these roles would suite electricians who are looking for long term work in Perth- location is Henderson/Kwinana area. Positions are available to start ASAP.

About the roles:

Specialist Defence Electricians:

• A background in working on defence vessels such as Frigate's or a marine background is highly desirable
• Conducting maintenance on fibre optics, radar systems and weapon systems
• Teams are 4-5 electricians and usually working in pairs
• The ability to work within a team is essential for this role
• Hours: Monday- Friday 6.50am- 2.55pm

Ship Building Electricians:

• A background in commercial or residential electrical work is desirable
• The scope of work will include cable trays, cable pulling, switchboards and terminations
• Large teams, a lot of the work is completed individually so the ability to work independently is essential
• Hours: Monday- Friday 6am- 2.05pm

To be successful for this role:Be an Australian permanent resident

• Must be an Austrlin Permanant Resident or Citizen
• Experience in defence, marine or commercial/domestic sectors
• Have the ability to work within a team
• The ability to commit to long term work in Perth
• A reliable vehicle and drivers licence
• Australian Electrical Trade Certificate and Licence
• White Card
• LVR/CPR/First Aid.
• The ability to provide a clean Police Clearance
