Core duties include:

• M&A financial modelling
• Deal analysis
• Long term planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Maintaining fund financial models, updating property forecasts, actuals, assumptions and property valuations
• Preparing key fund metrics and insights
• Providing analytical input for fund equity and debt raising initiatives
• Reporting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders

Essential Criteria:

• Qualification in finance/commerce/economics/property
• 3+ years experience as a Fund Analyst with Real Estate exposure or Investment Banking experience
• Excellent financial modelling skills
• Ability to engage with executives, an agile approach, and strong work ethic are all key
