In This Role you will:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices and conduct daily pre start checks
• Operate Loaders (CAT 966,988) efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output
• Load trucks centrally and to capacity.
• Maintain bulk materials and stockpiles.
• (From time to time) Cut Scrap Reo bar safely with hand operated Oxy Torches
• Managers and Supervisors directives followed in accordance with instructions and in a timely manner
• Maintain a safe work area at all times!

What we need from you:

• Equivalent to or specific experience operating CAT 966 Loaders and Excavator
• Current VOC (Verification of Competency) for Front End Loader or LL Ticket, Excavator VOC would be desirable also.
• Ideally experience in operating Oxy torches and hot works safety
• You will also need to possess a high regard for and practice health and safety at all times.
