Senior Consultant - Exchange Online Migration Support
📍 Location: Hybrid - Mount Waverley, Melbourne, Victoria
📅 Contract Duration: 12 weeks
💰 Rate: $800-$900pd inc super - flexible depending on experience

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to support an Exchange Online migration project for a leading transportation/aviation client. This role involves manually migrating mail from iRedMail/MailGuard services (Web/POP3/IMAP) to Exchange Online. You'll work directly with customer staff across multiple office locations to assist with mailbox setup, mail migration (via PST import or manual copy), and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the manual migration of mail from iRedMail/MailGuard to Exchange Online
• Assist customer staff with mailbox setup and configuration
• Move mail using PST import or manual copy as required
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout the migration process
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient transition

What We're Looking For

• Senior Consultant-level experience with Exchange Online migrations
• Strong knowledge of iRedMail, MailGuard, Web/POP3/IMAP mail services
• Experience in manual email migration and PST import processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with end users
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid role - mix of remote and on-site support in Mount Waverley, Melbourne
