About the Role

Clarity Dental is looking for a passionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join our friendly and growing practice in Bendigo, Victoria. This role offers flexible part-time days, with the potential for full-time for the right candidate.

With a long-standing dentist moving on, you’ll step into an existing patient base from day one. Our modern, fully equipped practice provides everything you need to deliver high-quality dental care in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing a range of dental treatments with a focus on patient-centered care
• Developing personalised treatment plans to meet patients’ oral health needs
• Ensuring a positive patient experience through excellent communication and care
• Collaborating with our team to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
• Staying up to date with the latest dental techniques and technologies
• Engaging in continuing education to advance your clinical skills

What We’re Looking For

• AHPRA registered dentist with a current license
• Minimum 2 years' experience (Recent graduates are welcome to apply!)
• Experience in Aligners and Implants is a bonus but not essential
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care
• Excellent communication and the ability to build great patient relationships
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
