About the role
We are currently seeking the skills of a full time office administrator/manager to join us and support our team of skilled mechanics as our business continues to grow. We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable team member who has experience in the automotive industry and is open to learning new skills within a challenging and supportive team environment.
Working closely with the owner and team we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to assist with the daily running of the service desk and co-ordination of the workshop.
Customer service is the key with this role, along with organisation and a fantastic flair for the phone!
With continued growth to take on more responsibility and ownership of the role, this is ideal for someone with the drive to make their mark!
Salary dependent on experience and duties.

Role & Responsibilites
- Providing high quality customer service via both face-to-face and phone, including customer enquiries, bookings, feedback
- Provide support to the workshop with sourcing products, job allocations, good inwards
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
- Raising customer service jobs & liasing with workshop staff on service & repair requirements
- Assisting with scheduling of services
- Customer invoicing
- General administration duties, including database management & filing
- NOTE: No accounting duties required (eg payroll, bank reconciliation, expenses etc)
Preferred Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Automotive Service Administration experience required (min 2 years)
- Proficiency in MS Office Products
- Proficient and confident with phone systems
- Self motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar positive (Automotive Service Industry experience preferred)
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Current Australian drivers license
- Passion for the automotive industry and being a team player
