The Role:

In Home Care Educators with NSWIHC enjoy a work focused on early education and care. IHC Educators plan and deliver play-based learning programs for children aged 0-12 years old within the family home.

Available family placements in:

• Casey: (3 days 1 week, 4 days another week) 5:30 am - 9:30/6:00 pm - 10:00 pm/6:00 pm - 12:00 am
• Conder: (Monday to Friday) Before and After School Care
• Duffy: (Monday-Friday) 9:00 am - 3:00 pm/3:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Flexible any time between 9:30-2:30)
• Isabella Plains: (Friday-Fortnightly) 6:00 am – 9:00 am & Ad-hoc hours
• Kaleen: (Tuesday) 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, (Thursday) 2:45 pm – 6:00 pm
• Taylor: (Monday-Friday) 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or be actively working towards. Higher ECEC or equivalent qualifications that have a major focus on ECEC may be acceptable.
• Current certificates or willingness to attain: First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check (NSW) or Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT), Police Check and Public Liability Insurance.
