We are looking for passionate and committed Early Childhood educators to join our team.

The right candidate will have the following:

Skills and experience:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Current First Aid certificate, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, and WWC.
• A working knowledge of the Quality Framework, EYLF and National Quality Standard.
• Good computer skills

Working closely with your fellow educators and Centre Director, you will enjoy:

• Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive, and effective fun filled learning environment.
• Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Developing and implementing the educational program and achieving quality learning outcomes by following the National Quality Framework.
• Support educators to assess each child’s learning and development.
• Working alongside educators to support an effective ongoing cycle of planning, documenting and evaluation.
• Ability to establish a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement across the team.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing implementation and review of the centres Quality Improvement Plan.
• Ambitious and keen about your own development.
