Our client specialises in providing underground power services to the construction industry and is currently seeking a Civil Team Leader (Water / Gas Installation) to join their rapidly growing team!

This role will see you meeting in their main yard based in Gnangara and working at various sites in the Perth metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression within a well-established civil construction company.

Details:

• Gnangara + site location in Perth Metro area
• $45.00 - $50.00 hr + super + penalties
• Long-term ongoing work
• Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 4:00pm
• Occasional Saturday OT available

What to expect:

• Assisting and leading the team of labourers with the installation of water and gas requirements
• Shovelling, digging trenches and assisting the crew with cable and NBN pipe installation
• Laying pipe and assisting with spotting machines
• Overseeing and motivating a small team of labourers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience installing water and gas
• White Card
• PVC pipe laying certificate ticket (or willing to obtain)
• ATCO ticket or willing to obtain (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol screening
• Drivers license & own transport (preference of manual)
• Good communication skills, high attention to detail & good time management
