This is a unique opportunity to join a industry leading company within the construction industry specialising in car park safety products and storage solutions.

Our extensive product range includes bollards, speed humps, wheel stops, bicycle racks, storage cages and much more. With our client base including commercial builders, shopping centers, retailers, car parks and government departments, through to factories and warehouses.

Due to continued growth we are seeking a trades person/installer for an immediate start to work on a full-time basis.

Training provided for the right candidate & further opportunities available.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

• Construction Experience: using power tools, setting out products for installation following building plans and company guidelines
• Problem Solver: Ability to think outside of the box, face obstacles head-on, and work through ways and possibilities to overcome them.
• Self-Motivated: Lead by example, setting the pace on the job to achieve high standards within given time frames.
• Professional Attitude: Ability to build rapport with all stakeholders, deliver superior service, and carry out quality workmanship.
• Eye for Detail: Maintain a high standard of workmanship, reliability, and honesty.
• Team Player: Work independently and as part of the team. Grasp the scope of work and set tasks for others to ensure smooth installations.
• Valid Driver’s License: Essential for the role
• White Card: Essential for the role

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Induction at Building sites
• Marking out job for product installation
• Installation of products using power tools and Core Drilling
• Building Chain Wire Mesh Storage Cages
• Communicating and managing jobs
• Completing installation using building plans provided whilst following company guidelines
• Using simPRO on mobile/tablet to log daily activity and access job information

Skills & Experience Required

• 3 years + of construction industry experience (Preferred but not essential)
• White Card (Essential)
• Current Drivers License (Essential)
• Be able to read and interpret plans and drawings (Essential)
• Experience with power tools (Essential)
• Experience with Core Drilling (Preferred but not essential)
• Experience with Storage Cages/Fencing (Preferred but not essential)
• Physically Strong (Must be able to lift heavy equipment and products)
• Able to do basic math's
• Must have a strong work ethic and be prepared to work away from home when required
• Must be punctual

Remuneration package includes

• Competitive Salary based on experience & skillset - $35 - $40 per hour + Super
• Fully Equipped Company Vehicle (including fuel card & e-tag) + Tools
• 12 RDO's per year
• Day off for your Birthday
• Company Tablet & Company Hi-Vis Polos
• Overtime Available
