We have an incredible opportunity for Workload Management Officers to join our National Workload Management Team. The National Workload Management Team is responsible for setting and implementing workflow and workload management strategies across Service Delivery.
The APS6 Workload Management Officer position will work closely with executive leaders to analyse data, identify trends, develop recommendations and implement decisions that support agency priorities as determined by Service Delivery leadership.
About you
What we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
- Experience in analysing data and gathering evidence to make recommendations to senior leadership regarding current priorities.
- Skills in Microsoft applications (particularly excel) are highly desirable.
- Ability to work in and lead a team in a virtual environment.
- Recognise and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
- Experience in the salesforce platform or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of this operating system.
- Ability to work within a performance model framework to achieve and maintain performance objective.

While this role is ideally performed from VIC – Richmond, NSW – Newcastle or QLD – Brisbane, remote working arrangements may be considered. We intend to fill this role in an ongoing capacity, however non-ongoing roles up to 12 months may be offered.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check and/or Working with Children Check (where required) and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship.
