About the role

Rapid Reid Roofing, a leading roofing company in Mackay QLD 4740, is seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a casual basis. As a Labourer, you will be an integral part of our operations, assisting with a variety of roofing tasks and contributing to the success of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of roofs using a variety of tools and equipment
• Perform general labouring duties such as loading, unloading, and transporting materials
• Ensure the work site is kept clean, safe, and organised
• Collaborate with the roofing team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

What we're looking for

• No previous experience necessary
• Must have a drivers license
• Prefer someone with their own vehicle/transport to and from the work site
• Must have a White Construction Card or willing to obtain
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the role
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work on a casual basis with full time hours (up to 40+ paid weekly)
