We’re seeking motivated, organised and independent General Labourers to play a rewarding role in exceptional maintenance of our solar farm’s operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Assisting carrying out maintenance checks on solar farm equipment.
• Maintaining upkeep of site and plant equipment.
• Providing general site duties to ensure smooth operations
• Grounds maintenance of plant/vegetation on site (using mowers, whipper snippers etc).
• Mechanical technical skills are preferred.

To be successful in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a positive can-do attitude and sound communication skills as well as experience labouring in a similar field. You must hold a valid drivers license. You must have experience with operating a Tractor and Slasher.

You may also be requested to travel to other solar farms for a pre-determined period of time to support or train. Employment in this position is conditional upon completion of pre-employment medical screening. As this is a long term role, we are only seeking those with full Australian working rights. This role may be best suited for someone local as it is not FIFO/DIDO (travel and accommodation not provided). The ability to commute to work daily is critical.
