Join our experienced team of adventurous professionals in Perisher's favorite pizzeria, cafe and bar venue for the Winter 2025 season commencing June 5th.

Aldo's has been serving great food, coffee and cocktails since the early 90's. We are located in the Perisher Ski Tube with direct access to both Perisher lifts and a short train ride to Blue Cow.

To be successful in this role you need

  • previous experience in a similar role
  • trade qualifications
  • food safety knowledge and desirable FSS (we take Food Safety seriously and so should you)
  • ability to take control of the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off
  • cook to set recipes but can also produce daily and weekly specials to show your passion
  • rights to work in Australia
  • no nonsense attitude and enjoy a fast paced, well organised kitchen

Front of house positions are also available for suitably experienced candidates
