Your Role:

• Foster meaningful connections with students via regular phone support, motivation, and personalised guidance.
• Bring your industry expertise to life by sharing insights from your real-world experience with our students.
• Reviewing our learner's written assessments and delivering constructive, empowering feedback to students.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:

• A people person who loves connecting with people over the phone
• Organised, flexible, and patient, with a passion for helping others succeed
• At least four years of professional industry experience who can confidently share their knowledge and experience

Desirable:

Have any formal qualifications?

Great! But they’re not a must. We focus on your ability to connect, mentor, and inspire as the major requirement.

However if you do have qualifications, we’d love to hear about them.
