At AHP Disability and Home Care, we’re seeking a National Clinical Lead – Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to lead the clinical quality, service delivery, and compliance of PBS services across Australia. What You Will Do:

  • Compliance Management: You will ensure that the team complies with all NDIS guidelines, regulations, and legal requirements. You’ll oversee the development of policies and procedures, conduct audits, and guide the PBS team to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Clinical Development: You will lead the clinical development of the PBS team, providing mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities. You will ensure your team stays up to date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Continuous Improvement & Quality Assurance: You will drive continuous improvement by analysing clinical outcomes, incorporating feedback, and fostering a culture of high-quality care and participant satisfaction.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: You will play a key role in the recruitment process, actively interviewing and selecting qualified clinicians based on service demand and available resources.
  • Referral Management: You will manage the triaging of referrals to ensure participants are matched with the most appropriate support, coordinating with the PBS team and Engagement Coordinators to ensure effective service delivery.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • You have 5+ years of experience.
  • You hold an Advanced qualification within the Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.
  • You have current experience in a hands-on quality and compliance role within PBS.
  • You have a proven track record in management, leadership, and supervision in a similar setting.
  • You have a strong background in PBS service delivery and a commitment to best practices.
  • You have tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy) with a focus on Behaviour Support or related fields.
