LABOURER/ PRODUCTION WORKER

To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills, experience and competencies:

• Experience in precast concrete (preferred)/ manufacturing, or a willingness to learn and develop.
• A team player with a positive attitude.
• Have a can-do attitude, hands-on approach.
• Able to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads.
• Able to comply with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Able to work autonomously and use initiative to organise your workload to ensure deadlines are met.
• Be Reliable and punctual to all shifts.

Key duties include, but are not limited to:

• General Day Shift between the hours of 3am to 3pm
• General Afternoon Shift 1pm to 10pm.

• Ability to work across different roster patterns including additional overtime.
• Current forklift licence preferred or willingness to gain one.
• Drivers Licence preferred.
• Loader Competency or willingness to gain one.
• Confined Spaces Ticket or willingness to gain one.
• EWP Ticket or willingness to gain one.
• A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results.
• Sound verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think outside the square.
