About the role:

• Represent clients from all facets of construction projects, including: builders, developers, land owners, and government bodies.
• Example matters include but are not limited to: site acquisition, project planning and financing, contract drafting, contract administration, claims resolution and dispute resolution.

The ideal candidate:

• Associate or Senior Associate (3-5 years PQE) with experience in Construction Law (FE and/or BE) with SoPA experience being highly regarded.
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
• Good academic transcript, however work ethic and experience are of more importance.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and develop, and take ownership of matters.
