Ontime Healthcare are looking for a dedicated and experienced Enrolled Nurse to utilise their clinical skills to provide in-home care for aged care recipients. This role is unique and rewarding, allowing you to provide support to individuals with a holistic approach that's more than just nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
• Assist individuals with their medication and attend medical appointments with them as required.
• Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the individual's care, including family members and healthcare professionals.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, compassion, and a positive attitude towards supporting others.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and willingness to follow company policies and procedures.
