THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a Production Assembler to join our client's team in Silverwater. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring accuracy and quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operate counterbalance forklift
• Picking and packing products
• Ensure all products meet the required standards before moving to the next stage of production.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Assist with the packaging and dispatching of finished goods.

THE ESSENTIALS

• Previous experience in a forklift role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
