About the role

Not Just Bras is looking for a Permanent Part Time Sales Assistant to join our team at our Hobart store. This 20 hours per week role will see you providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. You will play an integral part in helping us deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our customers
• Assisting customers with product selection and fitting
• Entering new stock in our computer
• Ensuring the store is clean, tidy and well-presented at all times
• Handling cash and card payments accurately
• Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
• Supporting the store manager with other ad-hoc duties as required

What we're looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the fashion or lingerie industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• An eye for detail and the ability to deliver a high standard of presentation
• Must be available to work alternate Saturdays
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
