About the Opportunity
As an Occupational Therapist based with the community team at our Pimlico Clinic, you'll:
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver holistic care to adults and older adults in the community
- Provide assessments, interventions, and support to clients in their homes or community settings
- Focus on enabling clients to maintain independence, participate in meaningful activities, and achieve their goals
- Develop and implement meaningful plans to address clients' needs, including physical, functional, and cognitive support
- Liaise with family members, caregivers, and key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Work with clients funded by DVA, MAC, NDIS, as well as private clients
About You
We welcome applications from therapists who have experience in the community setting. We are looking for someone who is:
- Client-Focused: Committed to providing exceptional care and fostering strong client relationships
- Qualified: Holds a degree in Occupational Therapy with AHPRA registration
- Prepared: Current First Aid/CPR certification, NDIS Work Screening, and a full driver's license (or eligibility to obtain one or all of the above)
