About the Role As a Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that change initiatives are successfully planned, delivered, and embedded across the organisation. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, drive engagement strategies, and support teams in adopting new ways of working. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory and operational changes are effectively implemented to meet compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies tailored to business needs
• Engage and support stakeholders across multiple workstreams to ensure smooth adoption
• Assess, manage, and mitigate resistance to change
• Conduct change impact assessments and lead post-implementation reviews
• Support the design and delivery of training and communications
• Work closely with project teams to align change initiatives with strategic goals

• Proven experience in leading change initiatives within financial services, compliance, or risk environments
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter)
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
• Experience in delivering change across business processes, technology, and organisational structures
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills
