About the Company & Role:

This EPC global company operates in several countries working across the largest projects including Infrastructure, Mining, Oil & Gas, renewable all whilst helping the world get closer to net zero and fostering the next generation of engineers worldwide.

This role work on the study phase for the development of a greenfield iron ore mine. The project is a key part of this client’s ore production capacity, which scope encompasses all necessary facilities and infrastructure such as primary crushing and material handling systems.

Responsibilities:

• Create, enhance, and assess civil and structural components and processes in line with engineering department standards.
• Utilise structural analysis, statistics, dynamics, and materials engineering to design durable and efficient structures.
• Oversee and validate complex structural engineering deliverables to ensure precision and compliance.

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience within the mining industry.
• Solid background in designing process plants, materials handling systems, and on-process infrastructure for mining and metals projects.
• Preferably experienced in front-end engineering with proven technical expertise.
