Location: Melbourne CBD
Role: Interior Architect or Interior Designer
Software required: Revit
Requirements: – Project experience in community spaces, current local experience working on these projects within Australia
Full working rights in Australia is required
Start date: ASAP or the usual 4 weeks notice period

The position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on diverse community-focused projects across Melbourne. The role extends beyond traditional interior design, requiring a conceptual thinker who can envision, develop, and execute transformative spaces that enhance community engagement and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative spatial concepts that maximise functionality while creating meaningful community environments
• Lead projects from initial concept through to completion, including client consultation, design development, and implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand community needs and translate them into practical, inspiring design solutions
• Create detailed documentation and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively
• Manage project timelines and budgets whilst maintaining design integrity

Essential Experience & Qualities:

• 4-10 years post-graduate experience as an Interior Designer or Interior Architect
• Demonstrated experience working on Australian community projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative spatial solutions and completed projects
• Excellent conceptual thinking and ability to see the untapped potential in spaces
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to present ideas confidently
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Proven track record of project delivery from concept to completion
