The Role: As the Senior Contract Administrator, you’ll be the key contract expert on the first major project for the company’s construction division. You will have the rare opportunity to work closely with two Development Directors and the Construction Director, overseeing a $190M high-rise project from the ground up. Your experience will be crucial in shaping the future of the construction side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation, development of programs, systems, and procedures for the projects
• Full 360-degree Contract Administration duties, from procurement to project closeout
• Be the sole Contract Administrator on a major project
• Bring your expertise to ensure the successful management of contracts, timelines, and costs
• Work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment, helping the company build a long-term pipeline of successful projects
• Implement and refine systems and processes that will shape the future of the company's growing construction business

What You’ll Need:

• 5-10 years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry, with a focus on high-end apartment/multi-residential projects
• Proven experience creating and implementing systems, procedures, and programs from scratch
• Strong understanding of high-rise construction processes and contracts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience working closely with senior leadership teams
• A self-starter with the ability to adapt and make this role your own
