A day in the life?

• Provide leadership and training to a skilled team of mechanics and apprentices
• Communicate effectively with your team, customers, and our support staff
• Oversee general repairs and servicing of a wide range of trucks and trailers
• Complete daily job sheets and time sheets accurately
• Deliver exceptional service to our customers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
• Support your team with solutions and new ideas
• Inspire and motivate your team, embodying Truck Tech’s values, vision, and journey

What we’re looking for?

• Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (essential)
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role
• Experience maintaining/repairing heavy vehicles
• Strong communication skills to engage with both the team and customers
• A commitment to maintaining a safe and productive working environment
• Full Australian work rights
